🔄 Return & Refund Policy (U.S. & Canada)


📅 Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Return requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team.


Eligible Return Conditions

A product is eligible for return if:

  • It is unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories

  • The product was not marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • It was not damaged due to improper handling after delivery


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges or toner

  • Downloaded software or digital licenses

  • Any item returned without original packaging

  • Final Sale or Clearance Items

  • Custom orders or bulk B2B solutions (unless defective)


🔧 Refurbished Product Returns

We offer refurbished printers and hardware that are:

  • Professionally tested and quality-assured

  • Backed by a 90-day functionality guarantee

You may return a refurbished item if:

  • It arrives defective or non-operational

  • It has significant undisclosed cosmetic issues

  • It does not match the description on your invoice


💸 Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

  • We will notify you by email once the refund is issued.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.


💳 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing time may vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@iprintershoppe.com.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect due to fulfillment error

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


🚚 Return Shipping Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

    • A return shipping label (if applicable)

    • Step-by-step instructions for safe packaging

  • In most cases:

    • Defective items: Return shipping is covered by us

    • Customer remorse returns (change of mind, etc.): Shipping is the customer’s responsibility
