All orders are processed within 1β2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (CST) will begin processing on the next business day.
A confirmation email is sent once the order is received. Youβll receive a second email when your item is shipped.

β Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:
